The uri

The name

"inbound", "outbound", or "both". The "inbound" direction indicates that copies of inbound messages will be sent to the entity identified by the "uri" attribute. Outbound messages will be sent to the "outbound" entity. The "both" direction is reserved for Skyswitch use. If a client application wants an entity to get copies of inbound and outbound messages, add both an "inbound" record and an "outbound" record.
